I allow my body to be buried in a decent becoming and Christian like manner and after my decease I do order and allow that all of my just debts be paid as soon as the condition of my affairs will admit. And as relates to what property I have been blessed with in this world I do order and allow that it be disposed of as follows. I give and bequeath to my niece Mary McDowel ninety acres of the plantation or tract of land whereon I now reside and the same held in common with my brother Mathias and myself containing altogether two hundred and eighty two acres. The said ninety acres to be struck off the south west side or part of the whole adjoining the heirs of Michael Fry lands of James Campbell and lands of George Kern to be enjoyed by her the said Mary McDowel her heirs and assigns forever. And the balance of my right title interest and claim of in and to said land I bequeath to my nephew Abel Fisher his heirs and assigns forever. And I also give and bequeath to my said niece Mary McDowel the whole of all my personal estate of what kind soever. And I do further allow that the said Mary McDowel have equal privilege of the first produced from the orchard heretofore known by the name of my orchard.
