Obituary: Wendell Hoskinson 1936
The sudden passing of Mr. Wendell Hoskinson, age 43 years, resident of Winslow, came as a great shock to his mini friends. Mr. Hoskinson was found dead in his home last Saturday by friends, who called to see him. His mother left but a short time ago for Alaska to visit relatices (relatives) and Mr. Hoskinson was alone at the time of his death. Funeral services were held from the Winslow Congregational Church Tuesday afternoon, Reverend H. M. Painter, officiating the church choir furnished the music, accompanied by Mrs. H. H. Painter. The floral offerings were beautiful and in profusion. Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Mary Hoskinson, a daughter, Eleanor Hoskinson, two sisters, Gertrude C.
