 | Obituary: Mary Jane Robinson 1933
"Mary Jane Robinson, age 83, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C. M. Mallen (Mullins), 1216 Goodman avenue, Wednesday, 10:45 p.m. Her husband, William C. Robinson preceded her in death five years ago. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Mullen (Mullins); one son, Rueben Robinson, Irvine, Kentucky: 14 grandchildren: eight great grandchildren; one brother, Jerry Kaylor, Bybee, Kentucky; one sister, Miss Kline (Plina) Kaylor, Bybee, Kentucky, and many other relatives and friends. Services will take place Friday, 2 p.m., from the West Side Church of God, Ross and Elmont avenues. The remains will be taken in Richmond, Ky., Saturday morning for burial. (Actually buried in Bybee, KY)" |
 | Obituary: Sarah A Rennie 1973
"Mrs. Sarah A. (Sadie) Rennie, 84, 263 Rockford Drive, died at Mercy Hospital Thursday at 5:25 p.m. She was a patient at Logsdon Nursing Home for the past three years. Mrs. Rennie was born in Scolt Co., Ky., the daughter of Allen and Sarah Frittz Ward. She went to the Scott Co, schoois. In 1918, she married Alex Rennie who preceded her in death in 1963. She is survived by one daughter, Mary L. Rennie of Hamilton. She is the last of 11 children. Mrs. Rennie has been a resident of Hamilton for the past 51 years and a member of the Christian Church. Funeral services will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Saturday at 1 p.m. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery." |

"Leon Alien Rennie, 8, beloved son of Mr. and Mrs. Alex Rennie, ol 420 South G street, died Thursday at 8 p.m. al Mercy Hospital. He formerly was a pupil at the Madison school, and this year attended the Adams public school. He was a general favorite with his classmates, and was known to his teachers as an industrious and hard working boy. He Is survived by his bereaved parents, and one sister, Mary Rennie; his grandparents in Richmond, Ky, besides many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 2 p. m. from the home, with interment in Greenwood cemetery. Friends may call after 3 p.m. Friday." |
