    CERTIFICATE OF DISABILITY FOR DISCHARGE.

    Private William Nicholls Fisher of Captain (blank) Company, H of the 3rd Virginia Regiment of United States Volunteers was enlisted by a Lt. Hogan of the (blank) Regiment of (blank) at Brandonville, Virginia on the 25th day of June 1861, to serve 3 years; he was born been in Westmoreland in the State of Penna is 46 years of age, six feet (blank) inches high, light complexion, gray eyes, gray hair, and by occupation when enlisted a Farmer. During the last two months said soldier has been unfit for duty 60 days.
