Shryack (from second wife Mariah Charter) sue the rest of Ruthwins's heirs "for partition and for other relief." There are several people listed in this notice as heirs who do not appear to have a direct martial/famial link to Ruthwin Foster; e.g. Edith and Revy M. Martin, Lydia E. Stuckey, Harold Simonson, Charles O. Logan and and Emma Houtchens. Note clear why some of the Fosters who should be heirs are not listed.
