Court fight over the estate of Ruthwin Floyd Foster 1922 Apparently a big row over the estate of Ruthwin Floyd Foster wherein grandson Bert Martin (so of daughter Louisa Foster Martin, from Rithwun's first wife Lydia Watson) and daughter Susan C. Shryack (from second wife Mariah Charter) sue the rest of Ruthwins's heirs "for partition and for other relief." There are several people listed in this notice as heirs who do not appear to have a direct martial/famial link to Ruthwin Foster; e.g. Edith and Revy M. Martin, Lydia E. Stuckey, Harold Simonson, Charles O. Logan and and Emma Houtchens. Note clear why some of the Fosters who should be heirs are not listed. |
