Shryack (from second wife Mariah Charter) sue the rest of Ruthwins's heirs "for partition and for other relief." There are several people listed in this notice as heirs who do not appear to have a direct martial/famial link to Ruthwin Foster; e.g. Edith and Revy M. Martin, Lydia E. Stuckey, Harold Simonson, Charles O. Logan and and Emma Houtchens. Note clear why some of the Fosters who should be heirs are not listed.

  	"Death came to Charles Edward Foster, 73, retired Blandinsville farmer at his home here at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 23, 1942. His passing came as a result of a stroke of paralysis suffered just twenty-four hours before." "The townspeople and long-time neighbors turned out at the Blandinsville Baptist church at 2:00 p.m. on Friday to pay their last worldly respects at funeral services officiated over by Rev. Winfrey, and the remains were taken to South cemetery here in Blandinsville and laid to eternal rest."
