All further shipments are to be furnished at one half the retail price, and are to be paid for when sold. Said Hiram Murray is to receive the Jacks when they arrive and is also to have ?? free of charge, and exclusive sale, and a commission of ten per cent on all other goods manufactured by the above company, and sold by the holder in said township, O. E. Parks, agent for the company."
