Notes - Edith Garrison and David Hill were apparently adopted by Riley and Martha. Edith first appears with the family as a two year old in the 1870 U.S. Census. She is curiously missing from the family in the 1880 U.S. Census. She then again appears with the family in the 1883 and 1885 Washington State censuses. David first appears in 1883 Washington State census as a nine year old, then again in 1885, 1887 and 1889.
