  Ruby Baker seeks divorce 1900 "Ruby Baker complains that she was married in Fayette county, Jan. 3, 1897, to Neal Baker, who lived with her until Feb. 4, 1897, and then deserted her without cause. That as a result of such cohabitation she is the mother of two year old Leah Baker and now has the custody of her. She asks for a divorce and custody of the child.
