CERTIFICATE OF DISABILITY FOR DISCHARGE.
Private William Nicholls Fisher of Captain (blank) Company, (H) of the 3d Virginia Regiment of United States Volunteers was enlisted by Lt. Hogan of the (blank) Regiment of (blank) at Brandonville, Va. on the 25th day of June 1861, to serve 3 years; he was born in Westmoreland in the State of Pennsylvania is 46 years of age, six feet blank inches high, light complexion, grey eyes, gray hair, and by occupation when enlisted a farmer. During the last two months said soldier has been unfit for duty 60 days.

I CERTIFY, that I have carefully examined the said William Nicholls Fisher of Captain (blank) Company and find him incapable of performing the duties of a soldier because of General Disability and entire unfitness for service,
