Mrs. Fronie Fisher Dies In B'ville Church
Mrs. Fronie Ethel Fisher, 61, of Blandinsville died of an apparent heart attack at 10 a.m. Sunday while attending church services at the Baptist Church in Blandinsville.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Blandinsville Baptist Church, the Rev. Joseph Ferreira officiating. Burial will be in Glade City Cemetery at Blandinsville.
Mrs. Fisher was born Nov. 30, 1903 at Lawrenceburg Ky., to John Thomas and Mary Jane Gunther Britton. The family moved to Blandinsville when she was a child. She was a member of the Blandinsville Baptist Church and Rebekah Lodge.
She was married Sept. 15, 1923 at Macomb to Raymond Claude Fisher, who survives with three children, Mrs. Wilbur (Lucille) Terry of Dallas City, Reon and Dean Fisher of Blandinsville; three grandchildren, and two brothers, Claude and Wendell Britton of Blandinsville. Two brothers and one sister, William, Lewis and Louise Britton, are deceased.
Friends may call at the Clugston Funeral Home in Blandinsville and the family will be there for visitation from 7 and 9 this evening. |
