    Text In the Name of God, Amen.
    I, Mary Ann Fisher of Blandinsville in the County of McDonough and the State of Illinois being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT, hereby expressly revoking and annulling any and all other wills and bequests heretofore made by me.
    FIRST—I order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
    SECOND—After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath to the children of Charles Fisher deceased, namely–Zella Fisher, Raymond Fisher, Reva George, Truman Fisher, Dorothy Fisher, Jessie Fisher, Madeline Fisher and Ruth Fisher, all that part of my real estate located on the southwest corner of Fillmore and Main Streets, Blandinsville, Illinois, described as follows:–Commencing at the northwest corner of my property before mentioned, running thence East 68 feet, thence South 138-1/2 feet, thence 68 feet to the west line of said property, thence North along the west line of said property to the place of beginning.
    THIRD:—I give, devise and bequeath to Erma Farris the sum of Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars in remembrance of her kindness to me.
    FOURTH:—I give, devise and bequeath to Erma Farris on hundred ($100.00) dollars to be held in trust, to be deposited in the bank and one ($1.00) Dollar annually of the interest or income from said amount to be given the Trustees of the South Cemetery of Blandinsville for the maintenance of said Cemetery, and the balance of income or interest from said $100.00 to be used by Erma Farris in the upkeep of the family graves.
    Fifth:—It is my will that all the balance of the money which I may have at the time of my death be held in trust by Erma Farris for the use of Jessie Fisher, Madeline Fisher and Ruth Fisher, to be divided share and share alike, said amount to be kept on interest in a bank and as each of the above named Jessie, Madeline and Ruth Fisher attain the age of Twenty-one years, they shall receive their their part to be theirs absolutely.
    SIXTH:— It is my Will that my home place be sold and divided share and share alike among my four grandsons, Zella Fisher, Raymond Fisher, Truman Fisher and Glen Delbridge.
    SEVENTH:—I give, devise and bequeath the rest and residue of my property of whatsoever kind or nature or wheresoever located to my grandson, Truman Fisher.
    EIGHTH:—It is my Will that should any of the legatees mentioned herein start any proceedings to set aside my Will or contest it in any way, their share shall be revoked and be considered as a part of the residue of my estate.

    LASTLY—I hereby nominate and appoint Erma Farris to be the Executrix of this, my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, hereby revoking all former Wills and Codicils by me made.
    In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, this Fourth day of January in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty-four, (A.D. 1924)

    THIS WILL consists of 2 sheets each signed by Testatrix.
    This instrument was, on the day of the date thereof, signed, published and declared by the said Testatrix to be her LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, in the presence of us, who, at her request, have subscribed our names hereto as Witnesses, in her presence, and in the presence of each other, believing the said Mary Ann Fisher to be at the time of so subscribing our names as witnesses as aforesaid, of sound mind and memory.
