  Erma Farris appointed as executrix of Mary Ann (Farris) Fisher's estate on Mary's death in 1928: "LASTLY—I hereby nominate and appoint Erma Farris to be the Executrix of this, my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, hereby revoking all former Wills and Codicils by me made. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, this Fourth day of January in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty-four, (A.D. 1924) Mary Ann Fisher (signature) Seal" Erma also received a small stipend of twenty-five dollars and was appointed trustee for a monetary bequest to Mary's nieces Jessie, Madeline and Ruth, and a $100 bequest to the Blandinsville South Cemetery for the maintenance of the family graves.
