  C. W. Mills suicide 1899 Charles Delbridge gets involved in a custody battle involving the children of C. W. Mills who committed suicide in a Colchester hotel. Charles apparently had some connection to Mills estranged wife. She demanded custody of her children, enlisting Charles in an attempt to take them following Mills' funeral, having not lived with her husband or children for at least couple years.
